The symptoms were familiar: missed customer commits, firefighting culture, zero shared visibility between planning, procurement and logistics. The diagnosis was structural, not tactical — so the fix had to be too. I mapped the end-to-end bottlenecks, built a KPI-driven early-warning system, and rebuilt the supplier review cadence from the ground up.
